Overview of the Estonia sinking:
This passenger ferry was used for all sorts of smuggling operations including secret military contraband, approved and aided by the highest levels of the elements of the Swedish government. Why has Sweden enabled, facilitated, and covered-up another nation's crime?

2005.09.27 RESOLUTION
The International Symposium on the Sinking of Estonia held in Tallinn on 27 September 2005 reviewed many aspects of the official investigation of the 28 September 1994 sinking of the roll on-roll off passenger ferry Estonia by the Joint Accident Investigation Commission (JAIC).
During the course of the symposium it was proven that the JAIC, in official statements given during the investigation and in its final report, has intentionally falsified relevant and essential facts using manipulated expert reports, edited underwater films and testimonies of crewmembers, etc. to produce a document, the only purpose of which was to mislead the public.
The basic information and crucial events published and described in the JAIC report are neither logical nor proven. As some of the report's statements defy the laws of physics, we have concluded that it was the intent of JAIC to produce a misleading report.
Safety at sea, the need for justice and moral obligations to the victims and their families demand that Estonia investigation be re-heard under the supervision of an independent judge in accordance with international and maritime law.
Furthermore, the evidence that at least nine civil servants or appointees of three countries conspired with the intent to produce a false report of an accident investigation should be considered as prima facie evidence of a crime. Therefore the appropriate authorities, in accordance with their national laws, should conduct a criminal investigation of the actions of persons in connection of the fraudulent report.

TALLINN, Estonia - As a result of the symposium on the sinking of Estonia, Rein Lang, justice minister of the Baltic nation of Estonia, asked the state prosecutor Margus Kurm to investigate whether there are outstanding questions surrounding the sinking that need to be examined in greater depth.

This covert weapons smuggling agreement was authorized at the highest level of the Swedish government, according to Henriksson. This was confirmed in an official investigation of the arrangement conducted by a specially appointed judge, Johan Hirschfeldt.
