The lie is the Mother of all sins.  Through the lie all other sins and crimes are allowed to happen.  A liar is the worst.

A Short Summary:

The sinking of the Baltic ferry Estonia on September 28, 1994, resulted in the worst civilian disaster in Europe. To this day most of the victims' bodies are trapped in the wreck that lies just 60-80 m deep.

The official theory of the sinking is built around the missing bow visor that was lost in the "storm" of 4-meter waves, blaming visor's faulty construction. Nothing is further from the truth.

Currently two government commissions in Estonia are trying to investigate the circumstances around the sinking. There is a big opposition in the Swedish Parliament to start any new independent investigations or dives to the wreck that lies in the international waters.

On the very day Estonia sank, NATO's 10-day "Baltic Sea naval exercises" began with the militaries of 10 NATO allies and 10 Partnership for Peace nations, including Sweden, Finland, and the Baltic states. 14 of the 20 nations involved provided ships and aircraft for the "Cooperative Venture" exercise, which was a "peacekeeping, humanitarian and search and rescue operation" exercise. There has been, however, no discussion of NATO's role in or lack of response to the sinking of Estonia.

M/S Estonia was NOT seaworthy. Independent Fact Group (ISG) in one of their reports shows that the copy of the Port State Control protocol printed in the JAIC's final report is a forgery. 

Nordström & Thulin, the 50% owner of the ship, responsible for the technical maintanance of Estonia, paid big sums to the victims' relatives to discourage any lawsuits. In February 2002, the Supreme Court of Sweden decided that NO Estonia-related cases would ever be heard in a Swedish court. During an on-going litigation in Paris, the judge granted immunity to the Swedish Maritime Administration, giving in to the diplomatic pressures from Sweden.

New evidence from ISG strongly suggests that explosions took place after the ship sank in order to distruct the evidence of the real causes of the sinking of Estonia.
